Northerly’s scope of work included major refurbishment works to the upper level of the existing Club.  This included an extensive upgrade of the members lounge and the creation of three new training rooms.

A new club kitchen, bar, two additional store rooms and an external deck was added to the southern elevation of the existing building.

Externally, Northerly performed works to bring the building, originally built in the 1970’s into the 21st century.  This included new main entries to the Members Club and a commercial restaurant/café.  Some of the main features included composite timber cladding and steel blades painted in the clubs colours, installed to the external façade.

The members of Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club will benefit greatly from this new refurbishment. Members will enjoy first class facilities, taking in the full views of the Indian Ocean. The old clubroom is transformed into an exciting restaurant/café that will provide the Club with a sustainable income to support them and the community into the future.
