Northerly was asked to complete this D&C project after a prominent Perth builder went into administration leaving a partial structure and unresolved documentation. It presented a challenge to the project team who had to address numerous design and compliance issues during construction yet adhere to an ambitious timeframe.

This striking looking residence is automated using a MOX intelligence system which allows each owner to control a range of systems including lighting, access control, air conditioning, intercom, etc from a tablet or phone from anywhere in the world.

The specification of finishes is different for each apartment and exudes the level of quality you would expect for a prominent Applecross address. Many of the fittings and fixtures were sourced in Europe and the views across the city and river from the large, well appointed entertaining balconies are breathtakingly Perth.
