The Brief was to build a Washdown bay that was compliant to Australian Standards, Compliant with Water Corp rules and regulations for Hazardous Waste, Environmentally savvy in its design, and cost competitive. Northerly successfully outperformed on all of these requirements.
As the building was also constructed above a Class A drinking water catchment area, strict control measures were put in place to ensure the soil surrounding the bay could not be contaminated once in operation. Works on site comprised of Earthworks, Drainage, Road Works, Concreting, Hydraulic Services, Electrical Services, Roof Safety Systems, Line Marking and Painting.
Northerly Group was also able to comply with and surpass Western Power’s strict site requirements, safety procedures and Environmental Practices requirements.
